CYA employs a rolling admissions policy. Since applications are considered only as long as space is available, CYA strongly encourages early application. When space is limited and there are two or more similarly qualified applicants, preference will be given to the earlier applicant(s). Early application is, therefore, strongly recommended.
CYA reserves the right to cancel any course that fails to achieve minimum enrollment by April 1.

When your application is completed, it will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. As soon as a decision is made (typically within two weeks of completing your application), you will be notified by e-mail.
The Program does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex, or national and ethnic origin. The application form includes no question on any of these matters, and photographs need not be sent before admission has been granted.
Application for the CYA-DIS course "Tasting Culture: Nordic and Mediterranean Food, Tradition, and Nutrition (Denmark: Copenhagen, island of Samso || Greece: Athens, island of Naxos)" is completed via the DIS website.
